Syrian Palestinian rebel group

Aknaf Bait al-Maqdis is a Palestinian resistance group in the Syrian Civil War created in 2012. The group is a offshoot of Hamas (denied by Hamas)[1] which is a offshoot of the Muslim Brotherhood.[2] The group was later mostly dissolved in 2015 but 1 faction still remained loyal to Hamas and allied with other opposition groups such as Ahrar al-Sham and Al-Nusra.
