Benj Pasek
American theatre composer, songwriter
Benj Pasek (born June 9, 1985) is an American composer and lyricist. He is best known for writing songs for movies such as La La Land (2016) and The Greatest Showman (2017), and the Broadway musical Dear Evan Hansen. He is known for writing songs with Justin Paul.[1] They also wrote songs for the Hulu show Only Murders in the Building.[2]

With Paul, Pasek became the 20th/21st person to win the EGOT, which is for someone who has won the Emmy, Grammy, Oscar, and Tony Awards.[3]
