Object history

Deutsch: Die Rose stammt wahrscheinlich aus dem apokryphen Wappen der Burggrafen von Riedenburg mit Sitz auf der Rosenburg, die bis zu ihrem Aussterben Ende des 12. Jahrhunderts das Altmühltal beherrschten. Der Balken kam anfangs auch schräglinks gewendet vor.
