Hank Henshaw

Hank Henshaw is a fictional supervillain appearing in American comic books published by DC Comics. The character was created by Dan Jurgens, first appearing in Adventures of Superman #466 (1990). He is a brilliant scientist who, after blaming the loss of his wife; Terri Henshaw on Superman, became the villain known as Cyborg Superman.
At times, he is also referred to as The Cyborg (not to be confused with Victor Stone a.k.a. Cyborg)
In 2011, IGN ranked him #33 of the "Top 100 Comic Book Villains".
