Horst Hirnschrodt
Austrian association football player (1940-2018)
Horst Hirnschrodt (5 December 1940 – 24 May 2018) was an Austrian footballer . He played for Austria Wien, Austria Salzburg and the Austrian national team as a defender.[1][2]

Career
changeHe started his career with SC Olympia 33, 1953 he went on to Austria Wien. He debuted in March 1959 versus Simmeringer SC. With Austria Wien he won three times the league. In 1967 he went on to SV Austria Salzburg together with his teammate Karl Kodat. In 1975 he ended his career.
National team
changeHe played 19 matches in the Austrian football national team. He debuted on 8 April 1962 in a 3:2 win over Irland. In this match he scored his only goal for the nationalteam.
