Jay Roach
American filmmaker
Matthew Jay Roach (born June 14, 1957) is an American movie director, producer and screenwriter. He is best known for directing the Austin Powers movies and Meet the Parents.[1] He also directed the comedy movie Dinner for Schmucks (2010), the HBO political dramas Recount (2008) and Game Change (2012), and the political comedy The Campaign (2012).[2] His twelfth movie, the biographical drama Trumbo, was released on November 6, 2015 to positive reviews. He won two Emmy Awards (2008, 2012).
