Kiro Gligorov (Macedonian: Киро Глигоров, pronounced [ˈkirɔ ˈɡliɡɔrɔf] (audio speaker iconlisten); May 3, 1917 – January 1, 2012) was the first President of the Republic of Macedonia from 1991 to 1999.
