Machine Gun Kelly (gangster)
American gangster (1895–1954)
Machine Gun Kelly was a Prohibition era gangster who was in the same league as Al Capone. He was born in 1895 and died at the Leavenworth Federal Penitentiary in 1954. Machine Gun Kelly's legal name was George Kelly Barnes and he spent plenty of time at Alcatraz.
