Marty Burke
Canadian ice hockey defenceman (1905–1968)
Martin Alphonsos Burke (January 28, 1905 – March 7, 1968) was a Canadian ice hockey defenceman. Burke played 504 games in the National Hockey League (NHL). He played with the Montreal Canadiens, Chicago Black Hawks, Pittsburgh Pirates, and Ottawa Senators. Burke was able to win the Stanley Cup twice with the Montreal Canadiens in 1930 and in 1931.

Burke retired from playing professional ice hockey in 1938. After he retired, Burke became the coach of the Calgary Stampeders of the ASHL/ABCSL/WCSHL. He was the head coach for 4 seasons and the associate coach for 1 season. Burke died on March 7, 1968.
