Michael Mastro

American businessman

Michael (Mike) R. Mastro (born June 1, 1925[1]), is a former American real estate developer. After declaring bankruptcy he became a fugitive in France. The United States tried to extradite him and his wife on charges of bankruptcy fraud[2] but did not succeed.

On June 7, 2018, the Courthouse News Service reported that a Bankruptcy Appellate panel(BAP) ruled that Mastro might have to give information about his foreign accounts.[3]
