Club career
changeDe Medina joined Anderlecht in 2004. He made his first team debut on 19 May 2016 in a 5–2 away loss to Genk playing the entire match.[1]
De Medina signed with Arminia Bielefeld on a free transfer from Royal Excel Mouscron in July 2020, having agreed a three-year contract.[2] He moved to Eintracht Braunschweig in 2022 and to Partizan in 2023.
