Smörgåsbord (Swedish: [ˈsmœ̂rɡɔsˌbuːɖ] (audio speaker iconlisten)) is a type of Scandinavian meal. It comes from Sweden. It is a buffet-style meal with multiple hot and cold dishes. It is presented on open-face sandwiches.
