Stephen Tobolowsky

American actor

Stephen Harold Tobolowsky (born May 30, 1951) is an Canadian-American actor, author, and musician.[1] He is known for movie roles such as insurance agent Ned Ryerson in Groundhog Day[2] and Sammy Jankis in Christopher Nolan's Memento, as well as such television characters as Commissioner Hugo Jarry (Deadwood), Bob Bishop (Heroes), Sandy Ryerson (Glee), Stu Beggs (Californication), and Action Jack Barker (Silicon Valley).
