Tom and Jerry: Blast Off to Mars is a 2004 American science fiction comedy animated direct-to-video movie that stars Tom and Jerry. The movie features Tom Cat and Jerry accidentally set in Mars and befriends an female Martian named Peep, and invades by a army of Martians and a gigantic robot holding a humungous vacuum named Invincatron.

As usual, Tom chases after Jerry, chasing him across town until they arrive at the International Space Base, where astronauts Buzz Blister and Biff Buzzard are preparing to fly to Mars. During the press conference, Tom and Jerry find themselves on stage, and the cat is initially mistaken for an alien due to being smeared in green paint backstage. Having figured it out, the base staff try to catch the cat and the mouse, but they manage to kick out only Tom. While testing freeze-dried food, Jerry knocks over a water bottle, causing the bloated food to scatter throughout the room. Now the staff is trying to catch Jerry, however, deciding that only Tom can catch him, they let the cat into the base and give him the task of dealing with Jerry. During the chase, the heroes accidentally get on a rocket and go to Mars. There, they are forgotten by astronauts who return to Earth, and soon after, Martians appear: a green alien named Pip, a dog named Ubu, and three other aliens, who take Jerry to their lair, where he is mistaken for the "Great Glop".

After a series of troubles and the revelation that Jerry is not the Great Glop, Tom, Jerry, and Pip hijack a flying saucer in order to return to Earth and warn everyone of a possible Martian invasion. The heroes manage to repel the alien attack, but a giant orange robot vacuum cleaner named "Invince-a-Tron" arrives on Earth after the Martians and begins to suck all the people into his bag. Together, Tom, Jerry, and Pip manage to stop the robot by using a Spike bone that is thrown inside the vacuum cleaner's head, thus incapacitating it.

As a reward for defeating the aliens and the robot, the President of the United States hands Tom and Jerry the keys to the Hummer car, but suddenly Spike bursts into the award ceremony riding a repaired robot vacuum cleaner to take revenge on the heroes for the taken bone. Pip picks up Jerry on a flying saucer, and Tom has to escape from the pursuit of an angry dog on his own.
