Chief Justice of the Philippines from 1920 to 1921

Victorino Montano Mapa (February 25, 1855 – April 12, 1927) was an Associate Justice of the Supreme Court of the Philippines.[1] He later became the second Chief Justice of the Supreme Court[2] of the Philippines under the Insular Government of the Philippine Islands.
