Bernardo Moreno (born February 14, 1967)[1] is an American businessman and politician who is the senior United States Senator from Ohio since 2025. He was the Republican nominee in the 2024 election, beating Democratic incumbent Sherrod Brown.

Moreno was born in Bogotá, Colombia. When Moreno was five, his family moved to Fort Lauderdale, Florida, where he was raised.[2] Moreno became a U.S. citizen at age 18.[3]
