David Trone

American businessman and politician

David John Trone (born September 21, 1955)[1][2] is an American Democratic politician and businessman. He was a member of the United States House of Representatives from Maryland's 6th congressional district from 2019 to 2025. He co-founded and co-owns Total Wine & More. He was an unsuccessful candidate for the U.S. Senate in 2024.[3]
