The Hyundai Mistra is a mid-size Sedan made by Hyundai from 2013 to 2023 through the Beijing Hyundai joint venture.[1]

The First generation was first shown as a concept car in the Shanghai Auto Show in 2013 in the end of 2013 the production version was released as a 2014 model.[2] in China the Mistra is positioned between the Hyundai Elantra and the Hyundai Sonata.[3] the car has a 1.6 liter turbo 1.8 and a 2.0 liter petrol engine with a 6-speed both manual and automatic transmission and a 7-speed DCT transmission.
The Hyundai Mistra was popular as a premium Compact car a niche that is becoming popular in China it was mainly due to the car`s features that are found in luxury cars in 2017 it was facelifted.[4]

The Second Generation of the Mistra was shown at the Guangzhou Auto Show in 2020.[5] and became avaliable in the market in 2021 the car has a 1.5 liter turbo and a 1.8 liter petrol engines with a 7-speed DCT CVT transmission the second generation also has a electric version with a range of 520 km (320 mi).
