change- I think "somewhat" is a too complicated word. And "deep" as an adjective for "culture" needs, well, a deep knowledge of English to be understood.

Who was the one who...
change... had written that the vegetation of Brazil's south is an example of "vegetation of hot areas"? One thing is a text written using simple words - another thing, completely different, is an awful geographical mistake!! Luckily someone has corrected that error!!!
