Under 19 India Cricket

Under 19 India Cricket is a selective process for cricketers from India to participate in international and within the country cricket matches and tournaments, many players continue to play for international clubs and domestic teams while selected individuals compete as a player for the India national cricket team. They participate in Twenty20 tournaments as of the 2020s. They have recorded 5 wins to date and have come in second twice in the U-19 World Cup (en). Their last win was in 2022 under captain Yash Dhull. Other winning captains include Mohammad Kaif (2000), Virat Kohli (2008), Unmukth Chand (2012), and Prtihvi Shaw (2018). They are also the most successful under 19 team of cricket.
