Welcome to Simple English Wikipedia!

Dear Kaiser matias: Welcome to Simple English Wikipedia, a free and open-content encyclopedia. I hope you enjoy contributing. To help get you settled in, I thought you might find the following pages useful:

Don't worry too much about being perfect. Very few of us are! Just in case you are not perfect, click here to see how you can avoid making common mistakes.

If you are stuck, and looking for help, please come to the Simple talk page, where experienced Wikipedians can answer any queries you have!

Wikipedians try to follow a strict policy of never biting new users. If you are unsure of how to do something, you are welcome to ask a more experienced user such as an administrator. One last bit of advice: please sign any dicussion comment with four tildes (~~~~). The software will automatically convert this into your signature which you can change in the "Preferences" tab at the top of the screen. I hope I have not overwhelmed you with information. If you need any help just let me know. Once again welcome to Wikipedia, and don't forget to tell us about yourself and be BOLD! -- Psy guy 19:18, 4 August 2006 (UTC)Reply

Everybody forgets sometimes, but here at Simple English Wikipedia we use the section heading "Other websites" instead of English Wikipedia's "External links", which you used in "Michael Grabner". Do remember to use "Other websites" in articles that you create in the future. Thanks for your help! Griffinofwales (talk) 00:47, 27 October 2009 (UTC)Reply

Hi there! Please don't not just copy articles from the English Wikipedia to simple as you did here. Thanks --Barras (talk) 20:22, 3 December 2009 (UTC)Reply

Thanks for understanding. If you have created other enwp copies, so please mark them for deletion with {{qd}}. If you use enwp as source and simplify the article a lot, so please poste on the article's talk page {{enwp based}}. See also: WP:How to copy from another Wikipedia.
