Strongly support I want to say only one thing for this page Brij Kishore Sharma a user want to delete this page because of he is not notable so I want to say that Padma Shri is the forth highest award in India you can see this english wikipedia page Category:Recipients of the Padma Shri in literature & education you will see that all person who got this award like this person has a wikipedia page you can see in references there is only links which describes that he got Padma Shri which means they all person get his name in wikipedia for only one subject WP:1E so this person is also notable for only one event so please close deletion request
